Hi, I'm Jacqs. Welcome to my Little Blue Camper blog!

After 30 years of working, wanting, waiting, and wishing hard, I have finally bitten the bullet and realised my forever dream of becoming the proud owner of my very own campervan. 

Little Blue is a beaut of a camper and the single most important purchase I have ever made because she symbolises freedom. As an adventurous woman who has never left the spirit of the girl, I choose making memories and living experiences over settling into the centre of an empty nest.

Every camper has to have a name, right? So why Little Blue? Well, she's definitely blue and she's my little home from home on wheels, so Little Blue it is!

This has not been an impulse purchase, so why now, after 30 years of waiting? Have I suddenly come into money? No! I have FINALLY managed to persuade my reluctant husband that it is now or never. With three incredible children at varying stages of their journeys into adulthood, we as a couple were heading slap bang into the heart of the age-old 'empty nest syndrome... a strange and unsettling place to be but Little Blue has not only helped me find myself but also helped us find each other again. 

As we head into the next unknown chapter of our lives, knowing that we are in it together with Little Blue makes my heart sing.
